About Quest & Thrive
At Quest and Thrive, we create tailored event days for corporates, schools, sports groups and individuals looking to connect, have a health reset, escape from daily life, meet new people, or try something out of their comfort zone. These unique wellbeing and adventure event days combine relaxation and challenge and take place in various locations in County Kerry.
Delivered by trained, experienced experts, our events will leaving a last impact by introducing you to the best evidence-based learning and practical tools that will help you stay healthy and active throughout your life.
At one of our events, which are suitable for all fitness levels, you can expect to get involved in a range of activities that will help you fully engage with your physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing. Expect to enjoy an exhilarating hike, rock climb, coasteering session, Oxygen Advantage® or Wim Hof class. In addition, you will also experience activities that can help transform your emotional health, including breathwork, meditation, forest bathing and Qigong, while learning long-term, practical tools to help you stay healthy and active throughout your life. About the team
The company was originally founded by siblings Bridget and Liam McAuliffe. Over the past decade, they have both developed a deep interest in the need to take greater control and agency in the area of personal whole-health and wellbeing in order to remain as physically, mentally and emotionally healthy as possible.
Bridget loves walking, yoga and hiking and has experience of the benefits of meditation, conscious breathwork, clean eating, good sleep routine, and developing greater natural movement in daily life to counter the debilitating effects of our increasingly sedentary lifestyles.
In recent years, Liam has become a regular runner, ocean swimmer and triathlon participant. While training for these activities, he has developed a keen awareness of the importance of getting the foundations right before launching into activities, learning a lot in the process about injury and how to prevent it by moving in a conscious and correct manner.
