Our retreat takes place in the midst of the breath-taking landscape of the Dingle Peninsula right on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean. From here you will go on energising hikes through the Kerry mountains and along the coast, inhaling the fresh air. If you wish, you may plunge into the ocean to release stress and enjoy the reinvigoration experience of the wild Atlantic Ocean.
Your mobility, core strength and overall physical and mental vitality will be enhanced by our morning and evening meditation and yoga classes. You will learn the art of correct stretching and embrace the power of breathwork, boosting immunity and resilience for both daily life and your favourite activity.
Experience the exhilarating health benefits of Wim Hof ice water immersion during our cold therapy session while having great fun with likeminded people. Delight in our delicious, chef-prepared menu which focuses on healthy and tasty food that ensures optimal energy release and nutrition throughout the weekend.

16:00: Check-in from 4pm. Enjoy a welcome drink and healthy treats before taking time to chill out, take a walk, have a sauna or swim in the heated pool
18:00: Yoga and mindfulness
19:30: Enjoy a healthy and delicious evening meal and dessert followed by an introductory talk on what to expect over the weekend
20:30: Free time to have a sauna, swim in the heated pool or hang out in the sitting room
07:00: Yoga and mindfulness
08:00: Healthy breakfast of great food to set you up for the day
09:00: Depart for hike (there will be two options, each led by an experienced guide). A tasty packed lunch will be provided and eaten at a convenient location en route
16:00: Return to the guesthouse where you will have time to relax, take a sauna, swim in the heated pool, or hang out in the sitting room
18:00: Yoga and mindfulness
19:30: Enjoy another delicious evening meal plus mouth-watering dessert
20:30: Free time to have a sauna, swim in the heated pool, or hang out in the sitting room
07:30: Yoga and mindfulness
09:00: Healthy breakfast of good food to set you up for the day
