In the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, it is essential to take a break and connect with ourselves and the environment around us. Our event offers the perfect opportunity to do just that.

We will begin our workshop by exploring natural movement. Our expert trainer, John McKeown of Loving Oxygen, will guide you through simple yet effective exercises that help improve flexibility, mobility, strength, and balance.

Breathwork is an integral part of our event as we understand the importance of breathing techniques on our overall wellbeing. Our certified breathwork instructor will teach you breathing techniques that help calm the mind, reduce stress, and promote a sense of relaxation.

After a fun morning of exercises and breathwork, we will take a refreshing plunge into the ocean. With the sun (hopefully!) shining bright and the ocean breeze blowing over, this swim in the ocean is sure to rejuvenate your body and mind.

Following our swim, we will indulge in a nutritious lunch and sweet treats. Eating well is an integral part of our health and wellbeing, and our lunch will be no exception. Our meals are curated to provide the perfect balance of nutrients, ensuring that you feel energised and satisfied.
