Corporate day adventure retreat
Our corporate adventure days focus on team bonding, enjoyment, personal and group challenge, sharing experiences and responsibility ‒ as well as having as much fun as possible.
There is a mix of indoor and outdoor activity, challenge and relaxation, testing your physical and mental limits, as well as spending some time in reflection.
You can choose from a choice of outdoor activities that include hiking, rock climbing, coastal walking, coasteering, gorge walking, and kayaking.
These activities will get the people moving and having fun. All participants can test their limits while under the guidance of trained experts.
After a healthy and nutritious meal, the focus will be on learning different breathwork practices. This helps optimise breathing for enhanced physical and mental health, as well as aiding in controlling stress and improving sleep.
Core strengthening and stretching as well as functional movement brings you back to the physical body and the importance of natural movement in our daily lives for all aspects of our health.
Our events close with a short meditative routine while allows participants to relax deeply before getting ready to depart.

Option A includes a five-hour hike (two routes offered for different fitness levels) followed by an hour of stretching and breathwork that facilitates recovery and repair.
Option B focuses on cold therapy. Here you get to immerse in our Wim Hof fundamentals class. You will be introduced to the benefits of cold therapy and specific breathing techniques that can lead to increased energy, reduced stress levels, improved sleep quality and improved mood.
Option C will take you into the world of forest bathing where you will immerse in the nature. Research shows that this immersion, which allows you unplug from daily life and reconnect with nature, acts as a balm to everyday stresses and can help lower blood pressure and reduce anxiety. With a trained guide, you will go into nature and be at peace before enjoying a magical tea ceremony.
