Weekend residential adventure retreat

Duration: Friday-Sunday

At a Quest and Thrive adventure retreat you will experience a weekend of adventure, challenge, relaxation and learning. Every detail is planned so you can switch off and immerse yourself fully in the experience of re-setting, or beginning, your whole-health journey.

You will be surrounded by stunning natural beauty as you hike and walk the nearby mountains and hills, breathing in the invigorating Atlantic air and, if you feel like it, plunging into the sea waves as you de-stress and find space for new, healthy connections.

You will learn how to correctly stretch your body to maximise mobility and healthy functioning while also increasing your core strength during our morning and evening classes which are specially designed to increase your ability to move naturally and healthily.

Our Wim Hof fundamentals class will show you the health benefits – and fun – of cold therapy, while the focus on breathwork will help improve your immunity and recovery time while helping increase your stamina and resilience, not just in your daily life but also in all other activities you undertake, from running to cycling to yoga and gym workouts.

Our alcohol-free weekends focus on engaging in healthy sleep habits and we encourage you to switch off all mobile devices and screens so that you can rediscover your natural sleep pattern.

Throughout the weekend, all your food will be prepared by a trained nutritionist-chef who has designed a delicious menu that focuses on healthy wholefood, ensuring correct energy release and proper nutrition.

We are living longer now than ever before and it’s important that we learn to live better so we remain as healthy as possible throughout our life. It is never too early or too late to begin and our adventure retreats are a perfect place to re-set and to start to live longer, live better.
