What to Expect

There are so many benefits to thirty-minute taster sessions. They provide a brief but impactful introduction to the therapies, allowing you to experience their effects first-hand. These sessions can offer immediate relief from stress, promote relaxation and provide a taste of the potential long-term benefits. Moreover, the sessions can help you determine which therapy resonates with you the most, allowing you to pursue longer, more in-depth sessions in the future with a local therapist. 

Attending a holistic therapy taster session promises a harmonious blend of relaxation, stress relief and self-discovery. You can expect to indulge in a well-deserved break from your daily routine and explore the vast realm of holistic healing, all within a convenient and accessible timeframe.

What to Wear

Wear comfortable, loose clothing and don’t forget your water bottle so that you can stay hydrated.

There are three types of therapies available in both Room A and Room B. Book your preferred time-slot and room. You can let the therapist in that room know on the day which therapy of the three available that you wish to have.

Room A

  • Deep tissue back, shoulder and neck massage (alleviates chronic muscle tension and pain, improves circulation and promotes relaxation)
  • Deep tissue legs and hips massage (relieves muscle tightness, enhances mobility and reduces pain in the lower body)
  • Ampuku, a traditional Japanese abdominal acupressure massage (improves digestion, reduces stress and balances internal energy)

Room B

  • Reflexology (known to promote relaxation, reduce stress and enhance overall well-being through targeted pressure on specific points of the feet)
  • Chakra balancing with crystals (harmonises energy centres, promoting emotional balance, clarity and vitality)
  • Reflexology with crystal healing (combines the therapeutic benefits of both practices, enhancing energy flow and holistic wellness through targeted foot pressure and crystal vibration.
