George Bastible is the powerhouse behind My Fitness Kerry (MFK), a dynamic fitness and wellness hub based out of Tralee and Fenit. With a background in personal training, group fitness, and strength coaching, George is known for his high-energy sessions, positive motivation, and a results-driven yet down-to-earth approach that welcomes everyone—regardless of age, fitness level, or ability. Loving Kindness Meditation: Lindsey Crean
Lindsey Crean is a mindfulness teacher and coach for children, teenagers and adults. She works as a practice advisor and facilitates webinars and guide meditations with the company Creative Mindfulness. She also offers one-to-one and group classes online and in person. In her Loving Kindness guided meditation, Lindsey, along with all present, will bring a kind awareness to our present moment experience, noticing our breath, the sounds around us, and resourcing ourselves through grounding and visualisation. She will guide us as we will offer the phrases of Loving Kindness ‘May I be safe, May I be healthy, May I be happy, May I live with joy and with ease’ to ourselves, our loved ones, to those we see in our daily lives, but don’t really know (the neutral people) and to those who we find challenging. This is a beautiful meditation that brings peace to the heart and soul.

Immersive Sound Bath: Renata Day
Renata Day is a multi-disciplinary sound therapist, Reiki Master, crystal practitioner, massage therapist, and gong master based near Caragh Lake in Co. Kerry. She guides deeply immersive sound baths using gongs, crystal bowls and vocal toning, paired with Reiki and Indian-head massage touches. At Ren’s Wellness Zone sound bath, expect to sink into sonic waves, release stress and expand into a relaxed state of being. Participants often emerge deeply rested, with increased emotional balance and clarity. Osteo Fit & Strong for All, Gentle Pilates & Yoga Fusion: Sinéad Garry
Sinéad Garry, founder of Village Wellness (formerly Village Yoga, is a wellness expert based in Ballyneety, Co. Limerick. With a background in law, Sinéad retrained as a certified yoga instructor and APPI Pilates instructor, as well as being trained in personal training, nutrition and lifestyle coaching, post-grad coaching and strength & conditioning. She is bringing two classes to this year’s Wellness Zone. Osteo Fit & Strong is Sinéad’s signature bone-health resistance training that targets strength, balance, posture and mobility. This class builds confidence and resilience for all ages, especially those managing osteoporosis, menopause or mobility challenges. Her Pilates Yoga Fusion class is a blend of core-strengthening Pilates and mindful yoga sequencing, aimed at improved alignment, stress relief, flexibility and body awareness.

Inner Strength Meditation, Kids Yoga: Elishia Herath
Elishia Herath facilitates the Kind Hearts Wellbeing community-focused initiative that blends gentle movement, mindfulness and emotional wellness into compassionate wellness camps. The group’s ethos is rooted in kindness, inclusivity and mindful connection. In the Wellness Zone, Elishia will offer a gorgeous morning meditation to soothe the mind and offer balm to the spirit. Veronika Hrachovinova is a Pilates teacher known for her precision, presence and deep understanding of functional movement. Yoga & Conscious Self: Paola Kennedy
Self & Others Wellness, led by Paola Kennedy, is a nurturing wellness centre in Tralee, Co. Kerry, dedicated to holistic well-being for individuals and communities. Kids Print Workshop: Me and the Moon
Me and the Moon delivers vibrant, process-focused art workshops designed to nurture creativity, confidence and curiosity in young people. Kids Martial Arts: Charles Neri
Charles Neri, founder and Chief Sensei at Kerry Martial Arts School since 2005, holds a Level 1 Coach certification from IMAC and a 4th Dan in Shotokan Karate. With over two decades of experience teaching in Killarney, Milltown, Tralee and Killorglin, Charles combines traditional karate technique with modern coaching methods. At the Wellness Zone, our young participants can expect an age- appropriate and engaging martial arts session focused on discipline, body control and mindful movement. Charles’ taster sessions are hugely popular with all ages.

Gathering in Sacred Intention Ceremony: Juli Ní Mhaoileóin
Julí Ní Mhaoileóin, known as the Dingle Druid, is a ceremonialist, herbalist, plant-spirit practitioner, and solemniser deeply rooted in Ireland’s ancient and sacred traditions. Trained as a horticulturalist and florist, she now crafts rituals and ceremonies aligned with Celtic rhythms and the medicine wheel, harnessing plant wisdom to guide healing and spiritual reconnection. Julí leads wedding,funeral and community rituals that draw on elemental and nature-based symbolism. She also creates handmade natural soaps, candles, skincare and herbal medicines using foraged local botanicals. Julí’s work invites people to slow down, reclaim their sacred connection with earth and story and live in harmony with Ireland’s ancient ancestral landscape. Spirit Uplifting Meditation, Guided Relaxation & Indian Devotional Music: Kancana Dasi and Kirtan Das
Kancana Dasi is a vocal musician, vinyasa yoga instructor, sound healer and reiki practitioner. With roots in the bhakti tradition, she shares devotional music as a living offering, merging sacred mantra with modern soundscapes, inviting the heart to awaken through song. A lifelong musician and seeker, Kirtan Das was drawn to music as a path of truth and authenticity. With a grounded, heartfelt presence, he leads group kirtans and meditations that uplift the spirit and awaken collective compassion. Kancana and Kirtan are members of a group of musicians and spiritual teachers travelling together to share heart-centred offerings rooted in the sacred traditions of bhakti yoga. Through kirtan, storytelling, sound baths, and mystical teachings, they invite communities into an experience of presence, connection and joy.
