Our events are all individually tailored to suit the fitness level of your group. Our guides and instructors are experienced in dealing with a variety of fitness levels simultaneously and are comfortable bringing people from where they are towards the next level. Everyone goes at their own pace. Our guides and teachers will ensure that no one is left behind and that you will feel comfortable and confident when you take part in any of our activities or events.
We advise that anyone taking part in water-based activities be able to swim to a basic level at least and be comfortable in sea water. You do not need to be a strong swimmer as an instructor will be with you at all times.

In Ireland, rain is a given a lot of the time. We believe the saying that ‘there’s no such thing as bad weather, only unsuitable clothing’ so always come prepared for rain! Outdoor activities will be cancelled if conditions are dangerous. If you decide not to take part in your booked activities due to rain or cold, you will not get a refund. However, if we have to cancel your activity due to adverse weather, you will be offered an alternative activity on the day if possible (or rescheduled if not) or a full refund.
All valuables should be left in your car or bus. We recommend putting your mobile phone away for the day unless it is needed as a medical device, or for any other essential reason. If you insist on having your phone with you during an activity, it is your responsibility to take care of it. Quest and Thrive is not responsible for its damage or loss.
