Move - Breathe - Swim - Eat

Our instructor will guide you through a series of natural movements and breathing practices that not only help prepare the body for the water, but also helping with de-stress,relaxation and developing resilience.

After the movement and breathwork session, you will have the option of going for a swim or a beach walk. A healthy, nutritious lunch and refreshments will be provided where we will get time to chat and enjoy being together in the beauty of nature.
