Pre and post-natal yoga is a nurturing and nourishing approach to yoga which aims to support healthy pregnancy, birth and post-natal recovery. In this session we will explore a range of practices designed to maintain and rebuild physical strength while also supporting deep relaxation to reduce stress and improve overall well-being. This class will include sequenced movement, restorative postures, meditation and visualisation, all specifically tailored to pre and post-natal students. This class is suitable for beginners but to participate you must be past your first trimester if pregnant, or after your 6-week check if post-natal. Restorative yoga is a nurturing and gentle style of yoga that focuses on creating deep relaxation for the body and mind.
