The Experience

– Guided natural movement: Begin with a dynamic, guided natural movement session that encourages you to stretch, strengthen and awaken your body. Set against the backdrop of Ireland’s pristine outdoors or a serene indoor space, this segment focuses on intuitive, functional movements that reconnect you with the way your body was meant to move.

– Breathwork session: Next, immerse yourself in a half-hour of intentional breathwork. Guided by our experienced instructors, you’ll learn techniques that promote relaxation, enhance lung capacity and boost your overall energy. This practice supports mental clarity, emotional balance and a deeper connection to your breath, an essential tool for stress management and wellbeing.

– Invigorating swim: Following breathwork, enjoy a refreshing swim. Depending on the location, you may plunge into the cool waters of the Atlantic along the Wild Atlantic Way or swim in a heated pool. Swimming helps increase circulation, reduce muscle tension and refresh both mind and body, leaving you feeling invigorated.

– Shared Meal: Conclude the experience with a wholesome, shared meal. Our locally-sourced, nourishing meals are prepared to delight your palate while replenishing your energy. This communal meal is a time to connect with fellow participants, share stories and reflect on the session’s rejuvenating journey.
